Lunch: Rainbow Kale Salad



What I Ate: For lunch, I went for a Rainbow Kale Salad—kale massaged with avocado and nutritional yeast and a colorful veggie toppings. No cooking needed, just bold flavors and lots of nutrients!

Beverages: Water & Chai Latte
